Students have the possibility to top up their printing credit cashless.
The following payment methods are available:
- Credit Card (Mastercard)
- Bankomatkarte Maestro
- SOFORT Überweisung
The authentication is performed with your FH JOANNEUM credentials, the moneyloader website is hosted by FH JOANNEUM.
Your credit card details are transmitted to a third party payment-processor and are not saved by FH JOANNEUM.
Usage
- Navigate to the website moneyloader.fh-joanneum.at
- Read and accept the terms and conditions.
Login with your FH JOANNEUM username and password.
- Click „Top up your budget“.
- Select the amount of money you want to top up and click “Next”. You will be redirected to the payment-processor.
- Select your desired payment method and click “Next”.
- To pay with credit card you need your credit card number and the SecureCode.
- To pay with the “Maestro-Bankomatkarte” you need the card number.
- To pay with “SOFORT Überweisung” you need the corresponding credentials and a valid TAN.
- Click “Next” and follow the instructions of your selected payment processor.
- After the payment process is finished you will be redirected to the moneyloader website. You can check your current balance and the payment status. Once you’re finished make sure you click “Logout.”

Scanning is also possible without print credit with the student ID card.
Transferring the print balance back
If you want to transfer your print credit back, you have to come in person to the FH-JOANNEUM Infostelle at Alte Poststraße 147 on the ground floor.
This is located directly in the entrance area behind a glass front.
The current opening hours are:
Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. &
Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
