How can people WITHOUT an FH account process payments via the FH|shop?

FH JOANNEUM can use the FH|shop to handle various payment processes. For example

  • contributions to conferences (e.g. GAB conference),
  • contributions to seminars (e.g. Summer Business School), courses and events
  • etc.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Prerequisite: You have received a payment request as a link.
  2. Click on the link.
  3. The FH|shop login page opens.
  4. There are two scenarios:

    Scenario 1: You are logging in to FH|shop for the first time:

    1. Enter a desired user name, your e-mail address and a desired password in the area REGISTRATION for external customers.
    2. Click on Register as an external customer.



    3. Login takes place automatically when you register. You will NOT receive an e-mail to confirm your registration.

    Scenario 2: You have already registered as an external customer for the FH|shop in the past:

    1. Enter the existing Username and Password in the area LOGIN for external customers.
    2. Click on Login as an external customer.

  1. The Checkout page of the FH|shop opens. The payable contribution is already in the Your order area.

  1. Check your order. To make adjustments to your order, click on the menu item Cart.

  2. To enter your personal data in the Billing details area, click on the menu item Checkout. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk.



  3. Choose the desired payment method.



  4. Confirm the privacy policy and the additional information.
  5. Click on Commit to buy now.

  6. Carry out the payment process with the selected payment method.
  7. The order is successfully completed when the confirmation page with the order details opens. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail with the invoice in PDF format.

Perform actions under MY ACCOUNT

You can perform various actions under the My account menu item:

  1. You can view your most recent orders – e.g. date, payment status (e.g. refunded, failed) etc. and download the invoice for each order.

  1. You can view details of the FH|shop account and change your password.
  2. Log out of the FH|shop.
