FH JOANNEUM can use the FH|shop to handle various payment processes. For example
- the contribution to insurance in the healthcare sector
- the graduation fees,
- contributions to conferences (e.g. GAB conference),
- contributions to seminars (e.g. Summer Business School), courses and events
- etc.
Proceed as follows:
- Prerequisite: You have received a payment request as a link.
- Click on the link.
- The FH|shop login page opens.
- Enter your FH JOANNEUM – Username and your FH JOANNEUM – Password in the FH JOANNEUM – LOGIN section.
- Click on Login with FH JOANNEUM account.
Note Use the FH JOANNEUM - Username and NOT the e-mail address to log in to the FH|shop!
- The Checkout page of the FH|shop opens. The payable contribution is already in the Your order area.
Note If you do not see a contribution on the checkout page, click again on the payment link sent to you.
- Check your order. To make adjustments to your order, click on the menu item Cart.
- To enter your personal data in the Billing details area, click on the menu item Checkout. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk.
- Choose the desired payment method.
- Confirm the privacy policy and the additional information.
- Click on Commit to buy now.
- Carry out the payment process with the selected payment method.
- The order is successfully completed when the confirmation page with the order details opens. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail with the invoice in PDF format.
Perform actions under MY ACCOUNT
You can perform various actions under the My account menu item:
- You can view your most recent orders – e.g. date, payment status (e.g. refunded, failed) etc. and download the invoice for each order.
- You can view details of the FH|shop account.
Note The account details are specified via the FH system and cannot be changed via the FH|shop.
- Log out of the FH|shop.

Please always send any error messages as a screenshot (of the entire screen – not just a section of the screen) and send us the payment link to the order that you have been sent.
