The process for the theses in JOANNEUM|online looks as follows:

1. The secretariats sign up the students for the these and fill in basic data of the theses,
   
   
2. The students complete title, abstract, full-text, declaration on oath and declaration of consent. After finishing the theses, the students upload it and with that they finalize it,
   
   
3. The lecturers/supervisors upload the review as obligatory, transmit the review to the students, evaluate the thesis and release the thesis,
   
   
4. The secretariat fills in the date of submission and evaluation as well as the overall assessment and set the theses guilty,
   
   
5. The students can lock their theses. An Embargo can be requested before or after submission,
   
   
6. The secretariats release the embargo of the theses.
