1. the secretaries register the thesis and enter basic data about the thesis,
   
   
2. students complete abstract, ethics declaration and declaration of consent. Upon completion of the thesis, students upload and finalize the thesis,
   
   
3. lecturers/supervisors upload the review as obligatory, transmit the review to the students, evaluate the thesis and release the thesis,
   
   
4. secretaries enter the date of submission and assessment and the overall assessment and release the thesis,
   
   
5. students can lock the final thesis.
